Former Representative Matt Gaetz is facing a lawsuit that alleges he was involved in sex trafficking and abuse of two women between 2017 and 2019, according to Roll Call. The lawsuit was filed anonymously in a federal court in Florida and claims that Gaetz and others coordinated to facilitate travel and illicit activities.
Gaetz has stated that he intends to vigorously contest the allegations made in the lawsuit, as reported by Politico.
