The U.S. Department of Commerce has released preliminary results from several antidumping duty administrative reviews covering the period from 2024 to 2025, according to the Federal Register.

Commerce preliminarily determined that The Bombay Dyeing And Manufacturing Company Limited sold fine denier polyester staple fiber from India at less than normal value during July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025. The review for Reliance Industries Limited was rescinded in part.

Similarly, Sucroal S.A. was preliminarily found to have sold citric acid and certain citrate salts from Colombia below normal value during the same period. The review invited comments from interested parties.

For polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet, and strip from India, Commerce preliminarily found certain producers/exporters sold below normal value and rescinded the review for some companies. For thermal paper from the Republic of Korea, Hansol Paper Company was preliminarily found to have sold at less than normal value, with rescissions for 16 other companies.

Additionally, Commerce finalized that forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy were sold at less than normal value during January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024.

Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary findings as the reviews proceed.
