The Oaxacan festival, a cultural event important to the local community, has been postponed for the second consecutive year in San Diego County, KPBS reported.

This festival holds significance for the estimated 40,000 Oaxacans residing in San Diego County, primarily in the North County area, according to KPBS.

The postponement is attributed to an ongoing immigration crackdown, KPBS noted.
