Ridgeville man arrested on child exploitation charges

A man was arrested in Dorchester County on charges related to child exploitation.

Authorities in Dorchester County have arrested a man on charges of child exploitation. The man, from Ridgeville, was taken into custody on Tuesday, according to Live 5 WCSC.

The Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office and the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office were involved in the arrest. Investigators executed a search warrant as part of the operation, according to WCBD Count on 2.
