Rep. Andy Harris refuses to apologize to student reporter
U.S. Rep. Andy Harris does not plan to apologize to a student journalist he confronted.

U.S. Representative Andy Harris declined to apologize to a University of Maryland student reporter during a television interview. He stated that he would share his concerns if she reached out to him directly.
The student journalist had recorded Harris during an informal press briefing, despite his threat to have police remove her from the event. She affirmed her commitment to continue covering him.
